Operation New World self help educational programmes for young unemployed (18-25) aim to increase employability skills so that participants get off 'Benefits' and find worthwhile jobs.
The success rate is very high: since 1995, 975 young people have completed the course with 90% finding jobs or re-training shortly afterwards.
