All participants attend a one day introductory programme at a UK venue.
Successful participants progress to the 8 day, intensive, second phase of the programme, currently run in either Corsica or Fuerteventura, although other venues have been used including the Swedish Baltic islands of Gotland and Gotska Sandon; La Gomera, Garajonay National Park Forest Regeneration; The Zemplen mountains of north-east Hungary and Arran / Holy Island biodiversity management.
Studies are based within the Parc Naturel Regional at Calacuccia and on the coast near Calvi .
